Assuming all is well, please see the list below for the approximate dispatch and delivery times for KLT Charting's products. Please see the main website front page for any announcements that may affect these times.
PDF charts - emailed with 24 working* hours of cleared payment
Printed charts - Dispatched within 3 working* days
Gift Vouchers - code emailed within 24 working* hours of cleared payment
Needle Minders - Dispatched within 3 working* days
Accessories - Dispatched within 3 working* days
Hand Dyed Fabric - Please check the announcement on the front page for our most up to date dispatch estimate
Threads - Dispatched within 3 working* days
Monthly Club - Dispatched within 7 working* days from stock arriving from supplier
*working hours/days are excluding weekends and public holidays
Please note that the above are all guides. Unfortunately from time to time things happen which are out of our control which may make the waiting times longer. If this happens, Kim will endeavour to keep you up to date regarding your order.
Delivery costs (postage and packaging) are as follows:
PDF charts - free
UK destinations (standard 1st class) - £2.50
UK destinations (recorded 1st class) - £4.30
Europe (standard ) - £5.50
Rest of the world (standard) - £7.20
If you have already placed an order with KLT Charting which has not yet been dispatched, you can choose the 'add to existing order' option for a nominal fee of 30p. Please note though that doing this will reset your delivery times as listed above to the date of the NEW order.
